Beverly Evelyn (Koan) Price, 90, of Belle Fourche, SD passed peacefully October 19, 2026. Born to Henry “Fred” Koan and Mildred (Leitch) Koan on June 28, 1936, in Bowman, ND. She lived in various areas in North and South Dakota, graduating High School in Newell, SD.
She met the love of her life at a dance in the community hall and married Paul “Mick” Price on October 3, 1957, there in Newell. They lived on the family ranch in Zeona but ultimately settled their family in Belle Fourche in 1969. She raised three beautiful children, Paul “Tom” Jr., Deb and David. Once they were all raised and on their own, Bev joined Mick in the truck. They team drove for years before they began delivering campers all across the US, living with their sons in Newton, KS when they weren’t on the road. They took the winters off, enjoying the snowbird life – living half the year in the desert and the other half in Kansas and South Dakota. Bev lived for her family. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the joy of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Gene and Roy, husband, son-in-law Darryl Raber and great-great-grandson Rhyatt. She is survived by her sisters Nona and Betty, sister-in-law Ellen, children: Tom & Susan Price, Deb Raber, David & Donna Price; nine grandkids, 12 great-grandkids, and two great-great-grandkids.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Services will be held at 10:30AM, Monday October 26, 2026, at the Christian Life Center. Burial will follow the service at 2:30PM at Black Hills National Cemetery.
