STURGIS, S.D. – Jeep enthusiasts from the Rapid City region and across the United States are gathering in the Black Hills this week as the official Jeep Brand of Stellantis N.A. hosts Jeep Freedom 2026. The enthusiast event runs from Thursday, July 2, through Saturday, July 4, at Buffalo Chip South Dakota.

The multi-day celebration offers fans a hands-on way to connect with the brand through trail rides, live music, exclusive receptions, and patriotic ceremonies. Attendees can get up close with the latest vehicles during guided walk-arounds conducted by product specialists.

Featured vehicles at the event include the 2026 Jeep Wrangler Sport America 250 Buzz Model, which features a design inspired by Captain America’s shield. The display will also showcase the all-electric Jeep Recon 548 and the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon.

Guests who participate in a vehicle walk-around will receive a Jeep-branded gift while supplies last. Registration also enters participants into the 2026 Stellantis National Sweepstakes, giving them a chance to win $100,000 toward an eligible vehicle from the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Truck, or FIAT brands. A winner for the sweepstakes will be drawn in early 2027.

Beyond the vehicle displays, attendees can unwind in a dedicated Jeep brand lounge area and utilize various photo opportunities positioned throughout the activation.

The event schedule for the vehicle displays runs from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, and Friday, July 3. On Saturday, July 4, the activation will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The celebration takes place at Buffalo Chip South Dakota, located at 20622 Fort Meade Way in Sturgis, a short distance from Rapid City.
