RAPID CITY, S.D. – Members of Indivisible Rapid City gathered for a small protest Friday afternoon in downtown Rapid City.

The demonstration took place from noon to 1 p.m. at the corner of St. Joseph Street and 6th Street, situated directly in front of the President Trump statue.

Behind the statue, the group displayed a large sign that read, “Had enough? Your Vote matters”.

Protesters also held smaller signs displaying “This All Ends When Enough of us Say NO!” and “Had Enough Vote!” during the hourlong gathering in Rapid City.

According to their website, the organization is a “grassroots, nonpartisan movement focused on holding elected officials accountable and advocating for the people of South Dakota.”

The local chapter was established following the inauguration of Donald Trump. “He has given us a plethora of issues to protest,” said Angela Johnson, the group’s Business Manager.
