STURGIS, S.D. – June 2026 sales tax collections continued the City of Sturgis’ positive revenue trend.
The council received the June report at their meeting Monday night, where City Administrator Aaron Jordan says the general fund sales tax increased 2.65% over June of 2025.
For the Triple B, the June 2026 report showed these related sales were 2.55% higher than June of 2025. Year-to-date sales for the first six months of 2026 are 4.45% higher than in 2025.
