The Black Hills State University women’s rodeo team continued strong performances in the Tuesday slack, keeping all four cowgirls in the hunt for a spot in Saturday’s short go. Both Haley Husted and Emma Ohm finished the second go within the top-12, holding down ties for 11th and 12th place respectively in the goat tying and breakaway roping. The first performance on Tuesday night featured just one Yellow Jacket, Sierra Steele, who looked to have her third consecutive clean run in sight before an unfortunate tip of the third and final barrel.
