The Black Hills State Yellow Jackets were unable to get the weekend sweep and fell to 1-1 on the weekend by losing 3-0 to the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves. Pueblo held the lead from the jump and never really looked back with BHSU only making it to 20 points in one set. Despite 20 digs from Keira Thompson and 19 assists from Emma Kruger, BHSU was unable to get past Pueblo’s defensive wall as the ThunderWolves had nine blocks.
