The Yellow Jackets once again had a great chance to sweep the day for the second day in a row, but late inning offense from Colorado Mesa ended with BHSU going 0-4 in Grand Junction as the Yellow Jackets season ends at the hands of the Mavericks. BHSU got great pitching performances from Kaitlyn Geschwill and Sophia Honse, but ten runs scored by CMU in the sixth inning or later caused BHSU to just miss out on the postseason tournament.
