RAPID CITY, S.D. – A three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Mount Rushmore Road and Omaha Street has closed eastbound traffic on Omaha Street in Rapid City at approximately 11:30am on Thursday Morning

The collision involved two SUVs and a minivan. Airbags were deployed in all three vehicles during the incident.

Cleanup crews are on scene working to clear debris and remove the vehicles from the roadway. Eastbound drivers on Omaha Street are currently not allowed through the traffic light at Mount Rushmore Road.

Drivers traveling through Rapid City are advised to use alternate routes while crews work to clear the site.
