RAPID CITY, S.D. – A 19-year-old Rapid City man is behind bars after bystanders tackled him inside a local liquor store during an alleged knife attack on Sunday evening.
Officers with the Rapid City Police Department were dispatched to 1020 N. Lacrosse Street at approximately 5:15 p.m. on June 14 following reports of an assault with a weapon.
