RAPID CITY, S.D. – Residents looking to cast their ballots ahead of the upcoming election on November 3rd can participate in early in-person absentee voting starting September 18th in Pennington County. The voter registration deadline is October 19th.

The early voting process in Pennington County allows registered voters to submit an absentee ballot in person prior to Election Day.

Voting takes place at the Pennington County Auditor’s Office, located in the County Administration Building at 900 Concourse Drive, Suite 130, in Rapid City. The office accepts in-person absentee voters Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
