RAPID CITY, S.D. – The holiday season in Rapid City has reached literal new heights this year as residents along the historic West Boulevard display massive decorations that are turning heads.
Several giant, light-up inflatable Santas and snowmen have been installed on lawns along the popular thoroughfare. The figures stand tall enough to tower over passing vehicles and pedestrians.
