Born to Herman Boetker and Creta (Humphrey) Boetker – in Rapid City, South Dakota, Jessie was preceded in death by both her parents, and son Terrance McLoud, and husband Robert McLoud. She has 1 sister Frieda (Boetker) Tibbetts, and 1 brother William Boetker – both in Rapid City, South Dakota Jessie married Robert McLoud (died March 4th, 2007) on July 18th, 1959. They had 4 kids; Terrance Eugene McLoud – Died April 18th, 2005, Tamara Renee (McLoud) Buskohl, Shari Lynn (McLoud) Mitchell, and Kent Patrick McLoud.

​Jessie had 1 grandson, Shaun McLoud, 2 granddaughters, Katrina Lindholm and Danielle Mitchell , great grandchildren Rebel Rose Renee McLoud, Anna Marie Lindholm, Elizabeth Rose Lindholm, and Robert Wayne Wright
