DEADWOOD, S.D. – Firefighters in Deadwood were at the same house twice on Saturday. Crews responded to the home on U.S. Highway 14A around 6:30 a.m. and found the house fully engulfed in flames. Multiple crews from other cities were called in to put it out before it could spread to a nearby hay field. They stayed for about two hours but were paged again to the address at 10:15 a.m. after the house reignited. There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
