STURGIS, S.D. – Sturgis area fire crews were sent to a reported structure fire east of town early Wednesday evening.
The fire is reportedly a shop located at the Shade Valley Camp Resort, about 10 miles east of Sturgis off Highway 34.
Thick, black smoke could be scene rising from the fire as fire crews arrived to tackle the blaze.
They remained on scene as of 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night.
