Pennington County has restored internal access to real estate records; however, public online access and online payment portals remain unavailable at this time.

The Treasurer’s Office is currently receiving all tax payments in person. For convenience, the property tax drop box located at 900 Concourse Drive, just inside the rightmost automatic doors at the front of the building, is available for deposits from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday. If you require a return receipt, please clearly indicate this request on your payment.

Visitors are being waited on in a first come first serve basis as the queue system is still unavailable.
